But this isn't actually a facility per se, it's an apartment building so they don't really do housekeeping or food. They have an Activities Director that offers activities for the residents. Any time my mom has an issue with maintenance, they're there almost immediately. She is very happy that the maintenance people are on site. At her last apartment building, she had to wait a couple of days to have someone address her concerns.
