The staff is amazing!

I would recommend. The nurses and medtechs really are great. The place is always clean.
The food not very good, my loved one does not eat their food at all. Nothing. They also raised the cost in [date removed] by [fee removed] a month.

I highly recommend Yorkshire Village for your family
I would highly recommend Yorkshire Village to others. The staff is very friendly and always calls me when my Mom might be having problems like not eating, not wanting to take her meds, etc. The food is okay. My Mom is picky, so I don't really take her word on the food. I go to see her mostly at lunch so I can see her food. It's good. She loved the Thanksgiving lunch celebration. She said it was yummy. I find my Mom's room always clean and it always smells good.

My father was put on hospice and we needed a place that could accommodate us. Thankfully we found Yorkshire, they have carring staff that gave him excellent care and he graduated from hospice and is doing better.

Our family had an in person tour and right away we knew it was not the place for our loved one, it was dark and dirty and touring the memory care side the rooms were very very small, you could barely fit a double size bed in them.

Overall good experience
Yorkshire was the best fit for my father. The staff has been so caring and take good care of my father and the other residents. When we visit everyone is so welcoming. [name removed] from the front office is great she is very helpful with the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Yorkshire.

Honest and Compassionate Care
We are very pleased with their sincerity and the care they're providing my loved one. The staff is very communicative, and very responsive when I need info or would like to Facetime my loved one. The community is clean, and everyone is very compassionate and caring. It's not the most beautiful place in the world. We viewed a lot of places that were really nice looking, but we felt most comfortable with Yorkshire because they didn't candy coat anything. They were honest and compassionate. And we are so pleased with them.

We are so happy our loved one is at this community.
Our experience has been perfect, and there are absolutely no fowl smells anywhere inside the community. It is just the cleanest place and we are so happy. Wherever our loved one goes, there is always someone near by. We did think there was going to be a doctor on sight all the time but there is not which was our mistake, but the ladies and gentlemen there are just perfect.

Best place ever, for my mom.
I was desperately seeking assisted living for my 92yr old mother. Her current independent living place was not adequate for her as time moved on. Through A Place for Mom I found Yorkshire Village in Hemet, CA. From the very first phone call, the Administrator, [name removed], helped me get the process going and get her into their facility. I live over 1,000 miles away from Hemet, CA and Amelia was invaluable. Truly. Her kindness and can-do attitude made things happen quickly so that when I flew down to move my mom, things were already completed. (Doctor's exam and Okay to be admitted/TB testing, etc. that all had to be done before she could move in.) She kept me in the loop the entire time.
[name removed], the head nurse, was compassionate and caring. She immediately had a calming effect on my mom. And me! She understood the anxiety of making choices like this for your mom. [name removed] and her staff have made my mom feel comfortable and welcomed. My mom's anxiety has nearly disappeared and I have actually been able to relax knowing she is in good hand. She is in a wing with only 5 other assisted living people and gets the attention she craves. I moved mom to Yorkshire Village in Hemet, CA on [date removed] and as of today, [date removed] it has been the best decision ever for my mom.

Going Well So Far

Yorkshire Village is a Sanctuary of Care...
For your family member in need of daily assistance, I can not recommend Yorkshire Village enough. This assisted-living/ dementia care residence is located in Hemet, CA, not far from Temecula / Palm Springs. The environment is peaceful and serene, with quiet streets and greenery all around. The grounds are large. The main building is brightly lit, very clean, with big windows and very festive during the yearly holidays. Nice gardens and backyard are maintained very well.
The Staff at Yorkshire Village is truly kind, caring and inspiring ! From the Administrator, Office Manager, Caregivers, Medic, Activities Manager -- ALL the staff -- truly understand what it takes to provide excellent care for their residents. I can not stress enough the genuine kindness and expertise the staff possess, and you will see for yourself when you visit.
My relative has had dementia for some time, and after more than one year at Yorkshire, she continues to smile and show enthusiasm. She has a nurse visiting weekly. For medical appointments, Yorkshire provides shuttles as needed.
My family searched much of Southern California and the Las Vegas area for assisted-living centers, and how lucky we were to find Yorkshire Village. Also, the monthly residence fees are very competitive for all the services offered.
The staff of Yorkshire Village will provide your family member with kindness, professionalism and respect. I am certain that you will agree with me when your loved one's new home address is Yorkshire Village.

In July, we place our Uncle with Alzheimer’s at Yorkshire. Everyone has been wonderful..Especially, [name removed], his primary caregiver. We are so relieved. He is so well taken care of! Great referral!!
