Situated on a gorgeous 75-acre countryside property, The Terraces offers a tranquil environment for aging in place.</p> <p>Designed for assisted senior living, residents can enjoy the support they need while also knowing that if their needs change, further accommodations are available to them on the Community at Brookmeade’s surrounding campus. With 26 private apartments, The Terraces is still a relatively small community, contributing to its peaceful setting. With one- and two-bedroom options, apartments also feature kitchenettes, private baths, and walk-in closets. The community has licensed nurses and certified caregivers on site to offer an array of support services, depending on each resident’s level of need. Residents enjoy worry-free retirement, with maintenance and safety staff on site, an emergency call system, housekeeping and laundry services, three daily restaurant-style meals, transportation services, and individualized care and wellness. Memory care and cognitive support services can be added to an individual’s plan as needed, as well as other more intensive levels of care.</p> <p>The Terraces at Brookmeade features a full social and fitness calendar, cozy fireside common areas, beauty and barber shops, a spa, a jacuzzi, and a heated indoor pool.
