My mom was not an easy person but they were always kind and professional in their response. Mom LOVED the food which says a lot if you knew her. We had meals delivered to her because she was unable/unwilling to go downstairs. And actually if not for the due diligence of the person that delivered her meal everyday at 3p she likely would have died on the floor alone. Instead we were all able to be with her during her passing. I am willing to forever be grateful. She didn't participate in activities. So I can't rate.
