Many times, we are told, \"Oh no problem\" and a week or two later, it's still not done? The van to transport patients hasn't had a driver in over a year. Communication is adequate if we start the conversation. Very little is shared without us inquiring? The new director is a huge improvement. \nThe staff are friendly and kind, but it's obvious they are understaffed. \nHousekeeping is very good. The facility is clean, and we've never noticed a foul smell upon entering. It is all self pay and it is quite expensive.
