Apartment floor plans range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom and include en-suite laundry facilities and spacious kitchens. Select units include a private deck or patio. All cottages feature an open floor plan, two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, and a sunroom. Your pets are welcome to join you as well!</p>

<p>Sentry Hill at York Harbor is a <em>Level IV residential care facility</em>. In the state of Maine, these terms are defined as follows:</p>
<h3>Residential Care Facility</h3>
<p>A house or other place that provides assisted living services to residents. Residential care facilities provide housing and services to residents in private or semi-private bedrooms in buildings with common living areas and dining areas. There are four levels of residential care facilities:</p>
<p><strong>Level I:</strong> A facility with a licensed capacity of one or two residents<br>
<strong>Level II:</strong> A facility with a licensed capacity of three to six residents<br>
<strong>Level III:</strong> A facility with a licensed capacity of three to six residents, and which employs three or more persons who are not owners and are not related to the owner<br>
<strong>Level IV:</strong> A facility with a licensed capacity of more than six residents</p>
