She visits the hair salon on a weekly basis, her nails are painted at Tuesday afternoon's coffee hour, the movies and social events are well attended and let's not forget the church services and visits from members of the cloth! Mom's apartment is spacious and always clean, laundry is folded, the sheets are crisp, the bed is made daily and her bathroom hygeine is second to none, maintenance work orders are promptly addressed. There is a sense of community when you walk in the door, it's the positive energy that surrounds life at Independence Village.
