I am calling them my angels! My father-in-law was a resident there for 3 years. We left every year for 4 months in Florida for winter. I could have never done it without their impeccable and professional care.

Great
My mom is a resident there. Very impressed with the attention she gets. Place it is impeccable, with a nice patio where we can enjoy nature when we visit. My mom’s room came fully furnished, (a big blessing for us). Living room area is cozy and animated by a big large window. I, sometimes participate in their fun activities. I especially enjoy the live singing program they offer 2 times a month. My mom is happy there!

I am writing to express how much I appreciate the care that you have been providing to my 86 year old mother for the last 3 years.
I spent days & many sleepless nights searching & worrying trying to find the right place for my mother. I knew large facilities were not for her, she would be miserable and unhappy.
I was given your name from a family friend. I took a chance & called hoping this would be the right place for her. I cannot express my gratitude enough but I can recommend your team for the wonderful care you provide. Thanks to you, your care & kindness, she is happy, and doing well. The way you have taken care of her is beyond anything I could have hoped for.

Peace of mind
I feel so relaxed having mom in a qualified home setting. She doesn’t have to ring a buzzer for help. She simply talks to her care giver. Her needs are always met with professional solutions. Mom feels safe and her family has peace of mind. The care is above and beyond all nursing homes. Being in a home with few residents gives mom a home away from home comfort. Safety, cleanliness, kindness , healthy meals and professionalism. I’m thankful for the care. Mom deserves the best and White Orchid family home is the best fit for mom

Very impressive landscape, away from busy streets, very nice neighborhood, quiet. been here twice. Popped in unannounced, passed with flying colors. Pet in home, but no odor. Residents were very calm.

My Mom is Happy at White Orchid Family Home
I moved my 91 year old mother with dementia, to Ohio from her native home in Arkansas in December, 2012. Before moving her, I visited eight facilities in our area, from large nursing homes to adult family homes. I chose White Orchid because I wanted my mother to receive not only excellent care for her physical and mental needs, but care for her emotional needs and quality of life. White Orchid has exceeded my desires. My mother is calm, content, and thriving. Her every need is met and she is surrounded by consistent, caring people who treat her as if she is the most special person in the world. To her six children she is, so we are grateful and joyful that we have found a place where our mother is not only sheltered but treated with love and respect. I drop in for visits unannounced several times a week and I consistently see that my mother and the other residents are well cared for. I highly recommend White Orchid Adult Family home. The owners and caregivers are exceptional people.

It was a beautiful home and the director was extremely nice. I felt it was not a good fit for Dad. A little small and everyone used the same bathroom. I appreciated the director being so nice to us.
