Mom's biggest complaint is that the food is not up to the standard that she is accustomed to. Again, the new administrator is making wonderful changes, but the residents have no kitchens, so they have no option but to eat what is served to them in the dining room. I do know that the administrator is working on that. I have eaten there with her, and it is okay, but the menu is limited. That is the only real complaint the I've heard from her consistently. Also, the location of Haywood Estates is terrific. It is close to everything (mall, grocery, entertainment and senior action) and they do most things very well... just the food needs improvement.
