Our Family's Experience
The activities are hard to say, our loved one hasn't really gotten involved in them. However, what we like the most about TerraBella Greenville is the staff. The staff members are attentive and they are dependable. I like the fact that they have Home Care & PT available right there on site.

Guys this place has been an excellent fit for my father in law. The place is calming and fun and easy going. The rooms are nice. Each employee goes over and above to assist and make these folks’ lives the best it came be. Packed cleaner of events. People talk and are social. Food is excellent. Therapy and nursing is offered but this place is def independent living. Only complaint, one elevator and it is a little small

My experience
My experience with TerraBella Greenville has been pleasant so far. The facility is kept clean and sanitary. The food in the restaurant is usually good but there are some minor issues with the food selection on the daily menu. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in a safe, clean, and friendly environment in which to live. The building and the surrounding grounds are well maintained and kept clean. Each room has its own air conditioning system which helps the occupants maintain a comfortable temperature that is of their own choice.

A loving place to call home
I love TerraBella Greenville! I'm so grateful for [name removed] and [name removed]they are like family to my mom and I. All the staff are kind and care for the residents. It's bright, clean and always decorated beautifully. They have so many fun events that even I want to attend! I have told my husband that we need to get our name on the waiting list for when we are retired!

Terra Bella...it feels like home
The staff at TerraBella Greenville was excellent and the housekeeping did an excellent job for the 3 weeks that we were there. The staff went above and beyond to try to get my mom to do the activities, but she would not participate. My mom loved the meals. I ate there with her and I also thought that the food was good. She only went to the dining room a few times, but I did pick up meals for her quite a few times. I would highly recommend TerraBella Greenville to others and have done so. I wish Mom would have stayed longer to give it a decent try, but I could not change her mind about wanting to move back home. Everyone was so nice and helpful and it made it easier on me.

Our experience at TerraBella
My biggest problem with Terra Bella is the fact that it is an "independent" community, meaning that there are no care providers who reside there, but all residents have to pay for the dining room. A truly independent living facility should have this as an option and not a requirement.

Nice - but needs help
My parents are enjoying their new place at Terra Bella, however we have experienced a few bumps.
There was a cockroach problem, which I quickly addressed.
The food has been awful, food service is awful, (it takes up to and at times over an hour to be served) the portions are extremely small and the food temperature is cold.
My parents were promised weekly light housekeeping; they are lucky to have someone come in and lightly go over the bathroom countertops, maybe once every 3 weeks.
There is little to no communication with the staff and tenants. I've suggested a few things to help, but nothing ever comes about.
Terra Bella was bought out by another company on [date removed], and we've seen no improvements. The facility is in great need of updating and deep cleaning. The carpets in the hallways always have debris on the floor, the carpets throughout the facility are "filthy" and worn.
There is only ONE elevator for the entire building, which tenants and guests have to wait for.
The tenants are very nice, with an exception of a few, that should not be living there, as they need to be in a facility with specialized care.
We were told there is a bus that takes tenants to certain places, but, since the day my parents moved in [date removed] up until the past week, there hasn't been a bus driver.
Sanitation and cleanliness is not top priority at Terra Bella, which is very disturbing.
I apologize I have so many negative things to say, but, I'm only being honest with my review.
We keep hoping any day now, we will see improvements and updating.
We are extremely happy with the in house hair salon; the lady does such a beautiful job on my parents hair!
We are extremely happy with the in house company that provides PT/OT, Speech Therapy and basic home nursing. These girls are outstanding, communicate very well, very professional and do what they can to help.
This service, is so wonderful, being they are right there inside Terra Bella, and my parents don't have to leave to go to an outside facility.

Great Place to Retire
I would tell others this has been a life save for our family. This community assisted my loved one in becoming more social.
Shopping, wine testing, carnival, stained glass, and more are some activities for the residents to choose. The food is very good and they have improved since the new chef has arrived.
The community is able to provide transportation of the residents to the store and doctor appointments.

A Wonderful Place for Independent Living with Assistance When Needed
We are very happy here with our experience. They have taken great care of my loved one. They make it very comfortable and easy for the families to come visit their loved ones.
The staff are excellent to work with if I have any questions or concerns about my loved one. They work quickly to resolve any concern the family has.
The food is good. The dining room is beautiful and there are options for the residents to order for their meals. The family is able to eat in the dining room with their loved one which is a big plus for us.

A nice community
For the value this is a reasonable community for your loved one. The meals are like a fancy restaurant but not edible for some of the residents that don't like that type of food. Some of the residents prefer country traditional cooking and not as fancy dinners. However, this is being taken care of after I spoke with the manager they are making changes to fix it.

Our Tour Experience
We had a virtual tour at Westminster. They were super eager to get us in and very helpful. But the apartments didn’t have a kitchen, which was a no-go for my loved one. She really wanted a place to be able to cook for herself. Also, it was a little bit of an older community.
