Staff is very friendly. They have people that will clean your apartment and do your washing if you need them to do so, for a reasonable price. This is one of the most reasonable priced facility in area. The facility has just celebrated its 20 years. There are many residents that have been here for over ten years. The only draw back is the food /meals, there is breakfast on most mornings and dinner Monday thru Friday. You have a full kitchen and can cook your meals for yourself. Only 10 to 15 people eat the meals. You pay by buying tickets for your meals. I like the facility and would recommend it to others. They also have people to assist some residents in things like showering and meds, if needed. If there is an emergency, ambulances and police respond very quickly. The meals are once a day are good and they will deliver to your room. The cost is $13.50. You buy tickets to use for each meal and don't have to eat. Use them when you want. They do control amounts that you receive. The meals are a little high on starch and sugar content. This is a very good facility I would recommend it as long as you are mobile and fairly independent. Most of the residents are over 65 and some have been here as long as 15 years. This facility is not cheap, but in pace with other facilities in this area.
