We are only dealing with assisted living and not long term care at this time. The care has been exceptional, the communication above board...always return my calls and always friendly. I'm told by my brother in law that the food is very good.\nI must also mention that after receiving physical therapy for my brother in law we were encouraged to place him in assisted living rather than long term care. I was hesitant as I didn't trust his ability to partially take care of himself but the encouragement I received from the staff was just unbelievable, especially from [name removed]. (I live two hours away, but [name removed] communicated with me as much as she knew I needed). [name removed] is actually the Director of Marketing but she was receiving news from therapist, nurses, etc. and although she sensed my hesitation, she kept telling me how assisted living would be such a huge difference for my brother in law's quality of life. These people went above and beyond to make his move easy, comfortable, and comforting. He is extremely happy with his care at Day Brook.
