I do feel safe leaving her there with the staff and anytime I have had an issue it has been resolved immediately within 24 hours. \nI do honestly feel like they care about their residents and that makes my heart Happy. I am very very very grateful for Cypress square and all that they do for our loved ones. \nBecause of a place for Mom my grandmother now has a safe place to stay with skilled staffing. The rooms are a nice size and clean, and there are a lot of activities for my mom to choose from if she wants to participate. We walked around the entire facility on our first visit and were favorably impressed with the friendliness of the residents and staff alike.
