After my mom died I removed everything from her room except her bed as I needed to get a truck. I let the nurses assistants know I’d be back later in the week to pick the bed up. The day before I returned the maintenance staff threw the bed in a dumpster. I was still within my 2 week time period. The maintenance staff refused to help me get the bed out of the dumpster (he was very rude!), however several nurses assistants did help me. The higher ups didn’t return my call after I complained.
