Because the room was not ready we started at the Vero in Orange. We were only there for one month but the service and the staff for my mom was excellent. The aids that were taking care of my mom actually cared about her feelings and were very supportive when it came to helping her to be able to walk better. They brought her down for her meals and helped her to meet people.\nThe overall experience was excellent. The staff from the aids to the nurses to the people at the front desk were always helpful. The waiters and waitresses in the dining hall were always pleasant. I would highly recommend the Vero for a wonderful experience for your loved one.
