My sister has had to take my mom and give her a bath because she hasn't been getting one as much there because I think she refuses sometimes. The communication could be a little bit better concerning her care, but it has gotten better as time has passed. I will say that. They have done some great family events to try to bring the residents and families together some more and those have been really nice.
