If your loved one is on anything PRN, you can almost count on many times they won’t get it even if they need it. \nThe food could use some improvement as well, and memory care really badly needs some updates to access for family members, activities, and use of the full facility. At no point was I informed that my loved one would never even get to see the pretty common areas, gardens, etc or take part in any activities. They sell you on the facility & activities but memory care is a huge downgrade. \nOverall I’m quite happy though, things stay very clean and my loved one is treated like a friend by those who work there.
