I highly recommend Brickmont of Woodstock over most of the facilities that I have come to know. On a larger scale within the last few days the tech’s have let a medicine run out and rather than escalating the issue they chose not to administer a very necessary medication and therefore was missed. Thankfully, our family member is aware and reported to her children who had to escalate and resolve with staff. A big disappointment and now we will be monitoring and hoping Brickmont can restore our faith in their processes and staff.
