excellent service and
My aunt [name removed] was admitted last year [date removed]. She has difficulty walking and physically weak. She was admitted to hospital in [facility removed] and was referred for a rehab in BRIA of Westmont. From the moment I pick her up from her house and hospital she was so weak especially her physical strength and ability to walk. After a week she stayed, me and my family visited her upon seeing her I cried for Joy in my heart, cause she was totally change, especially her walking abilities. Physical therapy really helps her a lot and able to walk better. Before when she walks she bend her head and body forward and downward. Now, she walks better and her physical strength came back to normal. Thank you BRIA of Westmont especially to the Administrator [name removed][name removed]and to [name removed]Physical Therapy Supervisor and the physical therapy team who did great job in taking care of my Aunt [name removed] The best and wonderful people, and great service.

My stay has been great so far. Like all of us, they have room for improvement especially when it comes to the amount of time it can take them to get to my call light. My therapy services are fine. I have had a couple of outstanding nurses. They really care and you can tell their care is from the heart, it just flows.

It is better here than other places. The nursing could be better. My loved one's room is fine but he does not like the food.

The nursing care has been good at BRIA. I would say my only complaint is that at times I do not get my phone calls returned. When I am there in person there is not an issue speaking with them, they are usually available. However, the phone has been more of a challenge.

Our stay has been good. I see a big difference between day and night time staff. I would like the night staff to do better but it is good overall. The therapy is wonderful.

There is no way I would place my love one here
After I toured this facility, there is no way that I would put my love one here. I can accept their rehab which is short term, but there is just no way. They are very unorganized, its stinky, and dirty. The food is grotesque also, just not good at all. Just terrible.

Frequently Asked Questions
about BRIA of Westmont

A Place for Mom has scored BRIA of Westmont 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
