The residents had several choices for each meal. The staff would know where my mom was the majority of the time and if they didn't, they promptly located her. That was in the assisted living portion. When my mom moved to memory, the staff always knew where was. The nurses are very competent, knowledgeable on her meds and would as much as needed to explain moms treatment.
