Argent Court Bastrop is an assisted living community which has been in operation since 2001. Argent Court is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services as a Type B Large assisted living community.
Argent Court is currently undergoing an expansion project, adding 11 additional apartments. Says Shasta Martini, Administrator of Argent Court, "What helped us make the final decision to expand was the number of people who keep inquiring about openings at Argent Court. The word is obviously out that this is a great place for seniors to live an active, independent lifestyle, without any of the hassles of daily life. Life is good here. It's so much more enjoyable and easier when you don't have to keep up with chores like cooking, cleaning, and home maintenance. Our residents have worked hard all their lives; they've definitely earned what Argent Court provides." She went on to explain that the company's marketing and demographic research made it very clear that the future of Bastrop and the surrounding area is very positive.
