The other incidents involve others and I thought that the staff could have shown a little more compassion.\nMeals/Dining - 5 for me because I understand that food has to be provided for a variety of tastes and cannot be tailored to my individual tastes. Others do feel that they are entitled to more.\nActivities- 5 for presentation and appropriate for the residents. It would a 3 for me. Sorry but I have never appreciated Elvis and am not likely to change that. The staff do a terrific job. \nValue for cost - 5 without question for me. Not sure where my wife would put it.
