Her room is always clean, her laundry is done regularly, she is able to have a haircut on a regular schedule. The staff know her personally. And they're really good interacting with my mom and the other residents. They also work with us on medical issues, doing what's best for my mom (the other facility was quicker to call EMS and then we'd have to deal with ER visits, etc). I would definitely recommend this facility to other families.
