love the administrative staff they could do better with better CNA's. They're lazy some of them. You do have some good ones, but you have some very bad ones. As far as the cleaning it's clean, but it could be cleaner.

I would give them a 4 now, but when she first arrived, they were at a 1. The facility is extremely clean. The staff were all so helpful. I would just tell others to make sure and be proactive.
