The staff are wonderful people who are helpful and I can communicate with them. They keep the home clean at all times. They have a few simple activities like music interaction. I would recommend the community to anyone needing the services.

Not quite what it seems
My mother is at westhills, and yes the building is new, the equipment is new but there are many issues with westhills. Trying to talk to anybody on staff by phone is basically mission impossible. Either they don't answer their phones and if the do the person you need yo talk to is always unavailable. Leave a message, I do, many many times never to hear back from them. Very difficult to get questions answered if no one will talk to you.

I have been very pleased with West Hills Care Home. The place is very clean and neat, and all the caregivers there do an excellent job. They show that they are very genuinely concerned for the well being of the residents. I found them to be very cooperative and very helpful.

Best Choice
Nice neighborhood. This home is sparkling clean. Staff has been there for a long time which speaks well of how the home is run. Elaine is an RN and she has another home in West Hills. Kind people and if you are not on their waiting list you are missing out. Excellent choice.
