I love the facility. Very clean and people in assistant living are cheerful and will talk with you. The manager is very helpful with ant questions. Can point you in the right direction. The medical are also just as helpful. We communicate regularly. Highly recommend.

Professional, caring team of staff and medical personnel. Awesome service!!! Ran into a financial glitch with payment and TreVista accounting team were patient and understanding during payment resolution. My mom was on a 30 day respite stay and she enjoyed her stay very much. The staff were just wonderful and outstanding in helping my mom’s birthday celebration to go smoothly. You All are the very BEST! ??

Safe & Caring Sr home
They told us: “make the Apartment your own home”. We were encouraged to Decorate as we would our own home hanging w/ nails, stick-on mirrors etc. Thus, we were at ease as we new filled her new apt with items from her former home of 35 yrs and beautiful new decor.
So her new place became her new HOME! It was reinforced with the Support from various staff members from housekeeping to Dining. Everyone exhibited genuine caring

I have had numerous occasions to visit people at TreVista. The facility is well managed and the staff are friendly and helpful.
When it is time for me or my husband to move, this will be one of our top considerations.

Rude and uncaring
There is a login system for guests to register at. If you are a first time visitor and don't know the system, they roll their eyes at you and say just enter your phone number and answer the questions.
They definitely clean because all you can smell is the odor of cleaner
Workers are usually bunched together and hard to find if a resident needs help
Nurses don't know what is going on with patients. I texted my sister in law that my mom in law had a rash. We showed the nurse and she took pictures to send the doctor. Apparently it was a few weeks going on yet the nurse knew nothing about it.
Activities person gets frustrated when telling residents how to play a coloring game and walks out when no one knows what to do. My daughter and I both had no idea what she was trying to say so how would challenged residents?

Based on the experience we have had, I think TreVista Senior Living and Memory Care community is just in it to make money. My father's health got worse in this facility.

Happy With TreVista
It was all very positive. The staff from top to bottom were very helpful. I will recommend it to family and friends who might need these services. In fact, I have a father-in-law who may need them in the future. We picked this community because of the quiet location, nice room, and fair price. Also, they had an on site medical through Pine Park Health, it was close to my home, good food, and friendly staff.

Our families experience
Overall, not bad and I would recommend it to anyone in the same position. I don't ever feel he is at risk for harm by the employees or himself.
I ended up getting hospice involved after 2 weeks and since then it is on the up and up...he is in a better state now that his anger is controlled, he is eating 2 meals a day (which is about right for his appetite). It's a process. I have an army involved, but would like better communication from med techs when his medication is getting low not when it is out. I like knowing my father is safe and has eyes on him. I was not fond of the first few weeks getting daily phone calls on how to handle certain things. It was discussed in the meetings prior to move in what they were going to be dealing with but for example he refused his meds and good for the first few weeks. I'd get calls and at my wits end started questioning if I made the right decision turning to professionals when I ran out of options and they were calling me. Someone with dementia knows that they can still say no and he was being angry (the reason he had to go into memory care was mainly anger issues.) I completely understand everyone is different I honestly appreciate A Place For Mom for all the support, communication, knowledge and care. That means the world to me and without that, I wouldn't have taken the proper steps to take care of my health and peace of mind. I know my dad is in a safe environment.

not happy would not recommend
Our experience was a disaster - our loved ones hygiene was never kept up, the room was bound to have #2 on the walls with no one in sight to clean it. The toilet was always clogged, our loved ones hair was constantly greasy, and her clothes were either missing or dirty. She had lost about 40 pounds in a few months. Even after addressing this concerns nobody did anything to fix it. There was never enough care givers, it was a bad experience.

My review of Tre Vista
I really like this community it is a really fun and exciting place for elderly people. It is safe secure and friendly environment for them to be in. They have wheelchair races, happy hour, arts and crafts, a movie theater, a library and a game room with puzzles. They also even have a car show in the parking lot once a year, also they have door decorating contest which is really fun for the residents. I have recommended many times for people to go check it out.

Our experience
We have been overall happy with the way things are going. The staff are very nice and the facility itself is clean. The only issue we have had has been with the meals. They do not seem to be very nutritious, especially at dinner time. I think they could improve on this and offer more balanced meals for the residents.

Life as a queen
TreVista was the first place that we saw and mom just loved it. She says that they treat her like a queen here. Every time I call the administrative staff they are more than willing to help. She really enjoys the food and enjoys dining with all of her friends. They have a wall with their residents who are veterans and they really respect them. The were very straight forward with the cost from the beginning and I really appreciated that. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.
