Many times they shared “this is the best place for us to be” through a series of family celebrations and health events. They had a one bedroom apartment, meals, cleaning services and access to friends and the staff. The staff loved on them over the years and as each one passed, we were touched by how much they too felt the loss. The staff has always been open to suggestions to address challenges posed by aging, and implemented a support plan to that my Mom and Dad could remain independent yet supported for their medications and daily care. I would recommend Traverse Manor to anyone considering either assisted living or an apartment with home health care services.
