They may only clean when they see something as dirty. Staff is very friendly. I noticed that they do not follow the menu as posted. Meals do not look very appetizing . The memory care resident that can choose what they want to eat are not given that opportunity. All residents get the same meal. No 7pm snacks are given to the residents. The facility does not follow activity calendar . I have visited various times of the day and evening no activities being done in Memory care area. Only activities are done around holidays sometimes. The site does have a few Techs that try to interact with a few of the residents so they are not just sitting around doing nothing but this does not happen daily. Seems that all activities are focused on other Residents. Facilities is very expensive with all area advertised not truly being fulfilled. \n\nOverall it is a very nice facility. I would recommend to families whose love one is not active.
