The facility was always clean and there was never any of that smell that is associated with many other facilities, also Mom's room was well maintained and any issue was quickly resolved by the staff and maintenance... I saw you only put three stars, as a physical therapist and now daughter of somebody who is staying there I must stay it rates much higher!.. there are few privately owned facilities and I must say the truly home feeling of the vineyard is wonderful. The care has been good. The food I would say is very good. I often join Mom for meals, regardless of where you help your parents or parents find the next stage of life you must always be involved in the care.. They do take a very hands-on approach to all of their residence and encourage the upmost involvement.
