The facilities are nice but maintenance is often very slow to respond and requires multiple requests. The activities are second to none and are varied and high quality, The support staff are kind and friendly but there is an overriding problem of communication throughout all staff. Haven't had a lot of interaction with most of them yet. CNA's are very helpful and caring. Housekeeping is very good. I probably should have given it a 5 rating. The meals are good quality and the servers do an excellent job. The move in went very smoothly because we hired movers that specialize in this and they packed up things from our home and unpacked everything here, even hung pictures and wall decorations. All we had to do was walk in! There are a lot of activities but my husband and I are disabled and I'm don't participate much. There is a driver that takes residents to medical appointments. Once a week there is a trip to Walmart and on Friday the van goes to a different restaurant for lunch. And sometimes they have different trips during the week.
