However, they have been persistent in encouraging her to attend and engage with other residents and it has made a world of difference in her wellbeing. She now knows most of the residents names and calls them friends. I’m thankful that she has a more active social life than I do! Lastly, I have visited her often -almost daily - at various hours of the day and I can wholeheartedly say that the staff are consistently helpful and caring towards the residents. I have not seen this level of respect at any other facility.
