At first it appears to be somewhat secluded but it makes for a very quiet/peaceful neighborhood environment. There are convenient shops and restaurants relatively close and almost all of them deliver to include groceries like Hy-Vee\n2. The independence/freedom to come and go. I really had no idea what to expect but now that my dad has moved in, he is able to come and go as he pleases. Additionally, the apartment space is fantastic. Administrator is pretty good, I think she is getting more comfortable in her job and that helps pretty much.
