Her care level is a 3 now but she doesn't even need that much more help than before. \nMy mom has [medical need removed] and she is struggling with weakness and shaking. The [date removed] she was hospitalized and they took her off some of the medication her doctor and hospice were recommending and she has improved but that's when they upped her care level. They say she is a two person transfer now but they never send two people in the room. She transfers by herself and only needs one person to watch. \nDuring the time my mom was so weak, I tried calling the head nurse [name removed] to discuss my moms condition and she was very slow to call me back. She is always in meetings it seems like. \nHer hospice nurse has been good but has dropped the ball a few times too. She is doing better. \nSo I like the place but now the price my mom is paying seems way too high. She only eats twice a day and doesn't really do the activities and so it's starting to not be a great fit.
