lovely community and staff at The Oaks ta Brownsburg
The Oaks at Brownsburg is a lovely community. Perfect for seniors 55 and over who are needing a more carefree lifestyle. They offer delicious meals, housekeeping and transportation and a calendar full of activities. The staff really look out for the residents.

Review for The Oaks at Brownsburg
The facility was nice. The apartments had been remodeled and were updated. The young girl who showed me around was quiet, she did not offer much information unless I prompted her or asked questions. She seemed aloof and disinterested in really trying to sell the place. They also did not have any units open at that time. I asked to be placed on a waiting list, which she said she did. She told me it would be maybe a couple of months before they had a unit available and they would call. I never received a call, but that's ok because in that time we found a place that was more suited for my MIL. The Oaks is only independent living, so when she needed more care we would have had to move her somewhere else.

Enjoyable, Carefree Senior Living at a Very Affordable Price
My family and loved one have had a great experience with The Oaks at Brownsburg. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents are very friendly and they all get to know each other as well. The community is clean and it is a very good community. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Awesome Community for your Loved One!
The Oaks at Brownsburg a warm, inviting community that has so much to offer for our seniors! The apartments are very spacious and is perfect for downsizing. The staff is absolutely awesome and the food is fantastic!

OVerall A Great Place
My relatives who live there are doing just fine. Our family all speaks quite highly of the place and really enjoy it there. Everybody seems friendly and happy. I like the apartments, and I feel like when my time comes, I could take a look there myself. I feel we're getting a pretty fair deal, and definitely getting a lot more for our money than at other places in the area.

A Great Experience
Everything is going well. We're pleased with where our loved one is at. She's happy. Everyone has been friendly. The apartment is very nice. She has had no complaints, and I would definitely recommend the facility.

Highly recommend for independent living
We chose Northfield Senior Living because of the affordability and my dad was in a position where he needed some assistance with things like cleaning, food preparation, and he needed a community where he could make friends. He moved here during covid and the staff were amazing, the director is a nurse and I felt like she was really passionate about what she does and has staff to support it. I would highly recommend them, my dad is very happy here.

a great place for an independent loved one
This community is geared toward independent living. there is someone always there but they are not skilled medical personnel. If your loved one is independent I would recommend this community.

A place to call home for your elderly loved one.
We recently moved my husband’s Grandmother to Northfield Senior Living. We were nervous about moving her because she had lived in the same house for so many years and she didn’t want to move. For multiple safety reasons, we moved her at the end of March, 2020. It was in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic and the owner as well as the staff at Northfield were so welcoming and warm hearted. They checked on her daily, emailed us, and even text messaged us to keep us up to date with her progress. It took a few weeks for her to settle in and now I can’t imagine her being anywhere else. She now comes out of her apartment, speaks to other residents, eats in the dining hall, and enjoys sharing stories with the staff. The dedication and team work of the Northfield staff is exemplified on a daily basis and we have been so happy with our decision.
