I was happy when staff came up to him while he was moving in, asked if he was sleeping there yet, did he need any help, etc. Just very aware of residents and what they might need.\nMy husband and I spent a lot of time at The Landings and had several meals. Food was good and dining room staff very in tune with residents—offering different foods, different portion size, things like that. Laundry says wash and fold. Dad’s clothes came back on hangers, as he likes them. He hadn’t talked to anyone—they saw his closet and just knew. The only thing I see coming up in the future is the billing and dealing with long term care insurance.
