Solutions, no problems!
The apartment was a perfect size. Conveniently laid out . Shower was a walk in and was easily accessible. Kitchen was step saving and efficient.
The staff was exceptional in every way possible. They were kind and respectful and most compassionate.
One of the staff loaned me an air mattress while I was there.
It is a very special place and has a kind staff.

The apartment was a perfect size. Conveniently laid out . Shower was a walk in and was easily accessible. Kitchen was step saving and efficient.
The staff was exceptional in every way possible. They were kind and respectful and most compassionate.
One of the staff loaned me an air mattress while I was there.
It is a very special place and has a kind staff.

We recently toured Forest Oak Landing with our mother who lives out of state and we have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the facility. [Name Removed]met us at the front entranceway and did a great job explaining how the community works and all the amenities that were included and gave us the time we needed to look around. We later visited and [Name Removed] came in on her day off on the weekend to help us finish signing all the paperwork as my mom had to leave on Monday. We are completely satisfied and would recommend this community to anyone interested in independent living.

[name removed] gave a tour of the place she very gracious. The location is amazing and convenient to the city. I looked at the two bedroom cottages and it is very well designed. Ive looked at seven other active living facilities and this is one of my top two.

This facility is a Type A assisted living, meaning that your loved one must be able to self-evacuate in an emergency. They are very clear about this when touring. The facility is beautiful and the grounds are too. It just wasn’t right for our needs.

Review for The Inn at Los Patios
I felt understood as I was walking into unknown territory. I was hoping for more than what she was capable of. Everyone was hoping with me but when the reality she could not be independent I immediately confronted circumstances to not put Los Patio in a position to violate their on rules My friend found a place and we moved her out on the [date removed] without delay. She is in a private home with fewer people and is more her size.
The surroundings were perfect. People were unbelievable friendly and helpful. The Inn would be perfect for a person that is healthy and loves life.
Food was really good
Maintenance was prompt , housekeeping was so helpful and did an outstanding job. The place sparkles ?. I really enjoyed my time.
My sister is now in hospice with excellent team [name removed]. I thank the Lord for all who helped me through a very stressful time.
To God Be The Glory. I would recommend it to those who are active and desire a safe home to come home to.

Review for The Inn at Los Patios
Other tenants are nice and great atmosphere. The renovations that are taking place have been a huge inconvenience. They will shut down areas of the building including the dinning halls and other areas very important. They also have replaced the furniture and other items with new furniture. The furniture chosen is for looks though not functionality. They don’t accommodate seniors. They need to discount the rent substantially for the inconvenience they have done to all the tenants.

My father-in-law is very settled and happy there. The new ownership and remodeling has caused a little bit of an upheaval, but the company has been very professional and considerate of the residents through the process, keeping them informed and making the temporary moves seamless.

We toured The Inn at Los Patios during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. I really liked the staff at this facility and the homey feel. There were fireplaces everywhere and the dining room looked out onto a beautiful area. The Assisted Living side was also homey and personalized with the staff to resident ratio being really low. The apartments on the Independent Living side were a bit older and also slightly dark. Although they did have screened in porches. Overall, I did like this facility quite a bit and it was our second choice.

Starting a new life in comfortable surroundings
I picked this community because, It is closer, overall, to my old house, my sister's assisted living community, and my son's home. I could see, immediately, that the residents of this community are, mostly, friendly and fun to work with. There are many fun and challenging activities, from painting to theatrics. I have found the food offered is delicious and varied. The surroundings--trees, bushes, the creek, birds, and deer--are so pleasant and calming. The administration and staff are helpful and delightful.

Seems to be well-managed, beautiful and a great place to call HOME. The communication was wonderful. My loved one passed away though, so they are no longer at The Inn. I definitely would recommend to others, and her home there was beautiful!

They do joint activities with Assisted Living and Independent Living. Communication is a lot better -my mother is [age removed]-so have to call a couple of hours before pickup so she remembers and now we let the medication nurse know. She likes the food or we would hear about it.

A Hidden Gem
We picked this community, because of the cost, location, friendliness of residents and staff, flexibility of meal plans, and it sits on 12 wooded acres and doesn't feel like you're in the middle of a big city. It's a very active and welcoming community, and they look out for each other. The chef and his staff work hard to provide an excellent dining experience.

Not fantastic, just okay
My loved one started off in independent living and transitioned into assisted living while staying at The Inn at Los Patios.
Her time here was okay. They had activities, but they weren't as efficient as her new community. The staff were okay, they weren't fantastic...just okay. The meals were okay as well.
She had a room by herself there, but they weren't as attentive as the new community.

The Inn at Los Patios was our second choice. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. During the tour, one of the residents showed us her own room and sat down and talked with us about the facility. The outdoor ambiance was incredible, if you have a loved one who enjoys being outdoors and watching birds and wildlife, this is the place for them. The reason we did not choose them was because the rooms looked older and were not updated.

If you like peaceful nature surroundings this is the place to be
This is a very pretty community. There are very nice people here and the food is wonderful. This community is also close to the hospital and doctor offices which makes it even better for the residents. There are not a lot of activities right now but I think that is due to covid and everything else . The tour was nice and they were very informative.
