Value for cost - our only issue. We moved in at a good cost and in less than a year the amount went up and that amount didn't include the room fee yet. We had to move my father out of a wonderful place as we could not afford the increase, especially since he hadn't been there a full year yet. This is an incredible place, wonderful people to care for your loved ones. Clean and beautiful. If you can afford the care it is a 5 rate, however be aware of unexpected rate increases. My Dad really loves it here. At first, he thought it was just going to be a safe place to stay, but it feels like home to him now. During our tour we were able to talk to some of the residents and their families, they all had nothing but positive things to say. All of the residents love it here. We felt a connection to this facility immediately. The staff is very friendly and cautious, they keep up with things. The activities are amazing. Dad loves the food. He eats more here than he did at home! The cost is also great, especially for the quality of care. You won't find better quality of care anywhere else.
