This 55+ Independent Living Facility is a fully secured 3-story building featuring 48 spacious apartment homes. The building offers wide hallways with hand rails on both sides, an elevator, and an attached indoor parking garage.
The Estates offers maintenance free, independent living for those looking for an active lifestyle. There truly is something for everyone! Enjoy getting to know your neighbors during our organized social activities or take advantage of any of the community areas where you have the opportunity to play games and socialize or enjoy some quiet time reading or completing a puzzle. Staying active is made easy with the convenience of our fully equipped fitness center and if you love the outdoors, make the most of our outdoors spaces and the nearby jogging and walking trails. We also offer transportation, grocery services, and group exercise classes.
