The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful to get her moved in and comfortable. We were able to decorate her room with her things and she always says, “I wish I was at home, but if I can’t be home, I’m really glad I’m here.” The staff has been very kind and excellent with communication concerning her care. They quickly respond to our texts and emails. I have no concerns about her safety and know that she is well taken care of. My grandma was also at The Cottages years ago, and received excellent care, so we knew it would be a great fit for our current needs, too.
