The move in process was easy and assistance was offered, if we needed it. The food is good and variety is always available. Some items can be made even when not listed. With the number of residents it has become more difficult for some staff to recall some meal items my mother in law will eat when she struggles to decide. Price hike for coming months on an already high rate for the facility. Basic necessities are not provided with monthly charge (soap, toilet paper, shampoo, etc), decreasing the value of facility.
