SYNERGY review
The first night they sent a great person. Then the next night they sent a young person that didn't relate to my loved one. The next night CNA stayed for 2 weeks then quit on us because she couldn't deal with our dog. She was terrified of him & he is a sweetheart. Also, she couldn't deal with my loved ones dementia and bowel issues. Since she quit we haven't had anyone because we can't find someone to deal with animals in the house.

were told that the staff had capabilities that they did not have. Confirm in writing the care givers abilities. Ask what is accountability if there is an accident while in their care.

The staff of Synergy HomeCare of NW Atlanta is very capable and competent in assessing our clients, pairing them with a capable caregiver and keeping the client staffed on a regular basis.
Each caregiver is CPR/ First Aid Certified, has annual documentation of negative TB, has undergone rigorous local and national background checks, works under the direct supervision of an RN. However, the documents are not provided to the client and is kept in our employee database.
Synergy HomeCare of NW Atlanta is licensed and bonded. If a situation arises (when reported) we handle it immediately on a case-by-case basis. The caregiver is instructed on immediate actions to take if anything should occur while in the client’s home or on the premises.

I am thankful for the wonderful care I received during my hospital stay. I am glad Synergy was available to provide in home care for me while I recuperated. The nurses were caring, nice, respectful and on time.

The BEST!
Excellent, personalized care for my Grandfather! The caregivers are excellent with him and the office staff is always accommodating to his needs. They treat him just like family so that he's comfortable with the assistance that allows him to remain in his home instead of a nursing home.

We would not use this service again!!
The caregiver that came out to the house was sweet, however she did not help with what we expected. She was supposed to help with minor household jobs and all she did was sit around and talk about herself. She did not seem to show respect to my mom. When we set up the service we did let them know what we were looking for but it seems they were not able to follow through on this.

Stellar Service!
The staff here is stellar. They are rock stars. The office staff is great about keeping me informed with the needs of my loved ones. They always go over and above to make sure that my loved one feels safe and is happy. When they come in the home they treat my home with respect. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good caregiver for there loved ones.
