It seems active and good energy from the tenants. They notice if something is off with the tenants and question them. If you don't show up for a meal they go to your suite and ask if want your meal brought to you in your room. When you have questions or issues, they respond right away.They call once a month to see if the guest/renter has voiced any issues that have not been address by them. [name removed] does tell me his needs and not them so it helps communication. It's a comfort to know our family member is being treated with sincere care.

My tour review
This community was not big enough for my loved one and did not have a lot of people to socialize with. It was smaller and did not give that feeling that I was looking for. Very nice your with nice people.

Sunrise Home Facility is ok. It's not the best, but it is alright. It seems like they are always short-staffed.
Some of the staff are very nice, but then there are some others that are not so nice.
