We’re also near the Nethercutt Museum and San Fernando Swap Meet. Other nearby shops include Knollwood Center and Balboa Mission Square. If you or your loved one have a four-legged friend, you’ll be glad to know that we are a pet-friendly community.</p> <h3>Community Services and Amenities</h3> <p>When you live with us, you’ll enjoy three meals a day, served in our dining room. We have a large pool in our backyard, perfect for exercise or swimming laps. We also offer complimentary transportation if you’d like to run an errand or visit your doctor. Our property is secure, so residents who may wander will remain safe.</p> <p>If you’re a caregiver and want to take a short break from your duties, you can take advantage of the respite care services offered at our community. We also offer hospice care if the time ever comes for such services. No matter how much care you need, Sunland Living has caregivers around the clock who can help if you or your loved one need assistance. We also have a team of visiting specialists, who can provide physical and speech therapy, podiatry, and dental services as well as a visiting nurse.</p> <h3>Living Arrangements</h3> <p>Sunland Living has a total of six beds available, with options for a private or semi-private room. Private baths are available. Reach out to learn more about our living arrangements and special services.</p> <h3>Care Types Offered</h3> <p>Sunland Living is a <em>residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE)</em>, which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents.
