The facility is always clean and doesn't smell. Move in was easy and when my mom was sometimes problematic, they kept me informed as they moved her around to find the best roommate match. I am immediately notified of any issue or emergency that arises. My mom is not a picky eater and so there are no issues. The family events that we've attended have had very good food. I would highly recommend this facility as the floor plan is divided in such a way to allow smaller groups instead of big open rooms filled with everyone.
