My loved one's particular roommate doesn't talk a lot and perhaps isn't quite the right right fit. It can be awkward getting both of their needs and preferences met. But there are common areas where you can visit with your loved one if their roommate needs space. We've worked out a system of putting each of their names on their belongings to make sure their things get put back to the rightful owner. The staff has been great - they're patient, friendly, and caring. They're really good about making sure she gets her medication on time. The food is good, and she's been eating well. I like how they gather in the dining room for every meal. It's pricey, but we're getting what we're paying for, so it's worth it. Initially we had an issue with online bill pay, but they were really helpful in communicating with us and getting that resolved.
