This pet-friendly, craftsman-style community is surrounded by Kentucky’s rolling hills and is located just minutes from downtown Louisville. Nature-loving seniors can hit the putting greens at the nearby Bobby Nichols Golf Course, or simply relax in the landscaped courtyard. Inside, you can enjoy nutritious meals in the restaurant-style dining room, play billiards in the game room, or participate in one of the many other on-site activities available daily.
To help ensure everyone’s health and safety, the community offers 24-hour emergency response services, and residents can choose between various studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment options. Should needs change over time, custom-tailored health and personal care options are available through a third-party provider for an additional fee.

I love Storypoint (Ponder Creek} my apartment especially and the people (mostly). My only problem is people complaining especially about the food. Yes we all complain (me too) but it seems here so many complain way to much, just to complain!! They are other small things but I'll leave at that.

Great value, safe with accommodating and friendly staff
Great facility if you do not need a lot of additional support. Had issues setting up direct rent payments but eventually staff figured it out. Fixed maintenance issues quickly and were accommodating during our move in process. It has been 2 months and so far so good and it definitely is a great value.

A great place to spend my senior years.
The grounds are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s lots of activities also. There are multiple choices for meals every day. I’m so happy I came here and wish I’d come a few years earlier. I have made so many friends here. I have no family in Ky but I consider these friends as family.
