Since then mom has progressed to the Memory Care unit in [date removed]. The Stonebrook Village team helped me immensely with this transition-as it is difficult for all parties involved. The Memory Care staff has activities and outings planned to ensure the residents are engaged and active which is wonderful. Stonebrook has brought in resources such as speakers, support groups and elder law presentation which have been extremely helpful to me as a caregiver to my mom.
