Superior Care & Service!
If you are looking for an in-home aide you are probably wracked with nerves about what kind of company and people you will be dealing with - I know we were when we started looking for an aide for our elderly father. Our experience with Star Multi Care was so incredibly comforting and such a tremendous relief. The staff are responsive and professional but so personable and compassionate. The aides we were lucky enough to hire were outstanding. If you need help navigating the unfamiliar, sometimes emotional journey of finding care for you or your loved one we can recommend this agency without hesitation.

I wish I could give it 10 stars...
Star Multi Care has taken care of so many of my friends and family. Each dealing I have with either their office staff or home health aides have been the best I've seen. I live in a 55+ community and have seen many aides come and go. Star always sends the best aides to the members of my community. I will certainly recommend them to anyone one of my neighbors, friends or family.

Top Notch Home Health Care Services. Best in the industry. Can't say enough great things about Star, their in home care staff and the office staff, who repeatedly bend over backwards for our family. They work each and every challenge with professionalism, integrity and pure hearts.

They don't seem to have very reliable people working for them. I have had many times where the aid was either late or did not show up at all
I have also had to deal with nasty and lazy aids that would ignore my mother's needs quite often. When I informed Star multi care about my concerns I was told that unfortunately these things happen and they would send me some one else
I have found things missing and a fraudulent charge was made on my mothers credit card. I was able to dispute the charge through the credit card company and mother was not responsible to pay the charge . I alerted them and let them know who it was an they said it wasn't that aid it was probably someone else. They don't seem to care what their aids say or do while they are in your house . when you do complain the management says I understand your concerns but it's very hard to find good aids and we have to take what we can get .

I have seen first hand how difficult it is to convince a family member they need assistance, but after speaking with a representative from Star, they were able to guide me in these discussions and ultimately in the decision to both initiate services and use Star for home care. agency told me to find another agency when addressing problems encountered with their agency.
aides came late daily and gave various excuses, including being pulled over by the police
two days in a row and having 3 flat tires in a week.
the agency was unable to find replacement coverage when assigned aide canceled 2 hrs before scheduled shift.
agency assigned aide who physically unable to do job and had to call family for assistance.
aides falsified time sheets (did not record accurate time of arrival-wanted to be paid for being late and not on job).
