Meaning that, maybe they've dealt with residents with dementia, hospice, etc. so often that they've become a bit desensitized to it all. I would recommend the facility mainly for those who are really down to the line or are in hospice care. Housekeeping and laundry services are provided on a regular basis to keep you feeling clean and comfortable at all times.
