She complains about the food but they have regular food meetings and are receptive to criticism and so try to make changes. It is very helpful to have the gym and physical therapists on site--this keeps her active and moving and she is very fond of the therapists. Overall Southview is good at keeping me informed of what is going on and I have been pleased. I am very involved with helping my mother but I know that if I have to leave town for vacation that she will be well taken care of --I don't have to worry or be anxious.
